Hello There!
My name is Becky, I am 26 years old and live in Yellowknife, Canada.
I am on my fourth year of teaching (2 years in London UK, 1 year of substituting, 1 year in Kindergarten).
From 2014-2016 I have travelled Europe (and a little bit of Africa/Asia) and teaching overseas.

I have indulged and not taken proper care of myself until January 2016. My two friends and I took a serious look at our fitness and health and went hard. I lost quite a few inches and everything was going very well. Then report cards started, I got busy, I moved continents, I moved in with my boyfriend. I have just stopped caring about what I put into my body and it shows. The final cut here was I started birth control, and since then I have gained 15lbs, and it is NOT okay. Seeing my weight in the 200s for the first time in my entire life has set a fire under me, and I am ready to kick this into high gear and get my life and body back. I want to lose 50 lbs and I am going to lose 50 lbs.
